offices/shops.
A) For HDB flats
& Private Apartments my rates are as follows:
2-room &
below - negotiable
3-room - $300
4-room - $400
5-room &
above - $500
For Private Houses
the flat rate is $600, + $100 for every extra floor.
B) For Offices and
Shops the rates are:
700 sqft & below - $300
700-1000 sqft - $500
1000-2000 sqft - $600
2000-3000 sqft - $700
3000-4000 sqft - $800
4000 sqft & above - $1000
Consultation
usually takes 2 sessions for flats, apartments and small shops/offices. The 1st
session is for collecting data - drafting the floor plan, determining the
directional alignments of the place and the location of various important Fengshui features etc. The 2nd session will provide advice
on beneficial modifications that should be made, or reveal solutions to certain
problems, if any. For larger, multi-level houses and shops/offices, data
collection may take more than 1 session. Payment can be made through cash or cheque at the end of the consultation. I look forward to
