Observe these physical rules to ensure better results

Methods of Breathing

    1. Natural - abdomen expands during inhalation, contracts during exhalation自然呼吸
    2. Alternate - inhale into the chest, exhale into the lower abdomen 逆式呼吸
    3. Position of chi center (丹田) - 2.5 inches below navel

Bodily postures

    1. Neck always straightened
    2. Keep the back and pelvis straight when in low stances
    3. Keep the body upright when performing standing techniques

Other bodily postures

    1. Bend your knees naturally when doing stances
    2. Chest in
    3. Shoulders relaxed
    4. Elbows sunk low
